The hospitality was seriously next-level! check-in was super quick, and the staff helped with luggage immediately! the breakfast was AMAZING!!! there were so many options, from all over the world. the whole place was gorgeous and perfect for walks inside and out. I will definitely be back.
the windows were not very clean, so it was hard to see through them.

The room had excellent decor, a super comfy bed, and really nice toiletries. The bed and pillows were seriously comfortable, it was beautiful.

The wellness hub for ladies and the pool were AMAZING facilities. There were indoor and outdoor spots for walking, the whole campus was really beautiful, so nice to be able to take walks both inside and outside on the premises.

the breakfast was excellent. i enjoyed the vegetarian pizza. however, the lentil soup was too thick. complimentary drinks by the pool were another big plus.
their shower rooms are not good. the water keeps floating out. you can not use the toilet in peace because of this.

amazing gymunfriendly staffwater issue
the gym was amazing i liked the architecture
the staff did not appear friendly upon arrival it was like they were displeased to see us also, they failed to provide a brief tour of the hotel grounds as promised the water keeps floating out of the shower rooms. i could not even use the toilet in peace

mixed feelings about recent stay

the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
The staff did not seem well-trained in handling guest requests. i asked for a late checkout. I was initially told it was possible, then later denied without a clear explanation. also, the in-room safe malfunctioned and it took over an hour for someone to come and fix it. this delay was very inconvenient.
